The 2026 theme is Pastures to Prosperity: Building financially smart grazing systems for today’s land stewards focusing on practical, innovative, and profitable approaches to grass-based livestock production. We are excited to announce 2026 GrassWorks Grazing Conference keynote speakers Melinda Sims, a cattle rancher in Wyoming and Ranching for Profit instructor, and Dwayne Estes, Executive Director of the Southeastern Grasslands Institute.

The event brings together the Northeast Grazing & Livestock Conference and the Northeast Pasture Consortium Annual Meeting for an in-depth exploration of pasture-based livestock production in the Northeastern United States. Participants engage with experts, researchers, and fellow producers to discuss regional challenges, share emerging research, and exchange practical strategies for managing grazing systems, improving livestock health, and enhancing farm sustainability. This combined gathering serves as a valuable opportunity for education, collaboration, and advancing pasture-focused livestock practices across the Northeast.

The 2026 Society for Range Management annual meeting theme “Herd ’round the World” aims to elevate global awareness about the critical importance of healthy rangelands ecosystems and their contribution to economic prosperity, sustainable livelihoods, and food security throughout the world. “Herd ‘round the World’ celebrates the International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists.

Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic is the nation’s largest upland hunting and conservation show, organized annually by the nonprofit groups Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever. It brings together hunters, conservationists, landowners, bird dog owners, outdoor gear enthusiasts, and families for a multi-day celebration of upland game birds, habitat stewardship, and outdoor culture. Nofence is attending to connect directly with the land stewards, ranchers, and conservation-minded producers who are shaping the future of grazing and habitat management— showcasing how virtual fencing can support healthier landscapes, improve grazing outcomes, and strengthen the very ecosystems this event is built to protect.
